  • Healthcare facilities lacked a system to notify relevant parties when patients missed their treatments
  • Implemented a daily process to detect missed treatments and send timely and contextual text messages to the relevant parties
  • As a result, the company recaptured revenue by ensuring timely notifications and reducing missed treatments
